of the images, usually the renter (photographer).
Email addresses may be used for promotional
purposes by the renter of the space or by the customer of the renter.
This use is at the discretion of the renter or the customer of the
renter.
Transactions using the ANZ eGate™
secure site ensure the privacy and security of credit card transactions
as my-wedding and the renter have no access to this information which

Currency
Unless otherwise indicated, all transactions are in Australian
dollars. There may be a currency conversion fee charged by some sub-sites.
This will be at the discretion of the operator of the sub-site.
Purchases
Transactions between purchasers and renters (photographers)
of the My-wedding site are the responsibility of the parties involved.
My-wedding has no control over the renter as to the suitability of
products or services offered. My-wedding may collect payment on behalf
of the renter through the ANZ eGate™ merchant
facility then forward this payment to the renter. Any claims for refunds
etc should be made directly to the renter. My-wedding will not enter
into any correspondence regarding payments, products, services or
deliveries where these are the responsibility of the renter (photographer).
Image Quality
Images displayed on this site are representative of the
actual images held by the copyright owner. The images are low resolution
compressed images for speed of transfer by electronic means to enable
faster viewing. As my-wedding and the renter (photographer) has
no control over the setup or calibration of customers display
devices, the accuracy of colour and detail in the low resolution display
image cannot be gauranteed to accurately reflect the quality of the
original. The customer should verify with the renter (photographer)
the quality of the image to be supplied.
Relationships
My-wedding and Street's Imaging Pty Ltd supply the space
for renters usually photographers. photographic studios, companies
or individuals to display, distribute and sell images on the World
Wide Web. Persons (customers) may view these images and purchase same.
These transactions to view and purchase images are between the renter
and the customer.
Acknowledgements
By using this site, you acknowledge that My-wedding.com.au
may be affected by outages, faults or delays. Such outages, faults
or delays may be caused by factors, including without limitation,
technical difficulties with the performance or operation of my-wedding
or another person's software, equipment or systems, traffic or technical
difficulties with the Internet or infrastructure failures.
